Hi there, I’m glad you’re here! I’ve spent the last several years thinking about all of the small internal and external factors that add up to make a day good or bad, a moment enjoyable or stressful, a relationship fulfilling vs surface-level. Every moment we experience is influenced by thousands of factors - the weather, what we ate for breakfast, how well-rested we are, whether or not we were just cut off in traffic, our gut microbiome, the city we live in, how we were raised…. and that’s just to name a few. 

My goal with this blog and newsletter is to find small ways to improve each of our lives every day. We can’t overhaul our current reality overnight, but we can make small adjustments over the weeks, months and years to totally transform our reality. A lot of these tips are backed by science, and I will always link any articles I read regarding the matter. However, some will simply be anecdotal - what’s worked for me and those I admire.
